Meet Kavitha Bharanidaran from Chennai, the newest entry to the Guinness Book of World Record. The Yoga enthusiast set a unique record by practicing it for five consecutive days.
The mother of a three-and-half-year-old started with her yoga practice on December 23 at 7 am. She broke the previous record at around 2 am on December 28.
The record was previously in the name of Pradnya Patil of Nashik who participated in a yoga marathon of 103 hours.
Bharanidaran continues with the yoga marathon and plans to set a new world record.
Kavitha has decided to observe her yoga practice until December 30 to register it as the longest yoga marathon record in the world.
