Shikhar Dhawan decided to match his score with his number of ODI appearances in the 4th game vs South Africa in Johannesburg.
The left-hander slammed his 13th century in the format in his 100th match for India. Dhawan made up for missing out last time when he hit 76 in Cape Town.
Despite losing Rohit early, he settled in and soon started smashing the ball at will.
The hundred came in 99 balls and contained 10 fours along with 2 sixes.
He has been a consistent opener for India across formats and once again showed why he is needed at the top of the order.
