CCTV Visuals Of Delhi Photographer Killed By Lover's Family Emerges, Shows Ankit Saxena Making Frantic Phone Calls

Security camera visuals from the spot where a 23-year-old photographer was stabbed to death by the family of his alleged lover last week in Delhi has now surfaced.

The CCTV footage, dated February 1, showing Ankit’s last few minutes before he was attacked. In the video, Ankit is seen wearing a leather jacket, making frantic phone calls.

Moments later he was confronted by the mother, father, uncle and younger brother of the Muslim girl whom he was said to be in a relationship, and was stabbed to death after an altercation.

Hindustan Times reported that the mother of the girl, drove a scooty on to Ankit’s car to get him out and then began confronting him over the ‘accident’ before the rest of the family joined her.

The 20-year-old girl whom Ankit was having an affair with, had allegedly left home after a fight with her family over the relationship.

The girl’s father then confronted Ankit, accusing him of abduction. After an argument, Ankit is shoved to the ground by the father and uncle who go on to kick and hit him with a stick. A panicked Ankit then called up his friends and asked him to get in touch with his mother and see if they can reach his girlfriend.  

By the time Ankit’s family had reached the spot the girls family had slit his throat, causing the death.

The girl’s family, including the uncle and minor brother have been arrested in connection with the murder.
