- Las Vegas
This sin city, located in the Nevada state, made its way to desi hearts with the film Ek Main Aur Ek Tu. Shot extensively across LA, the film’s title track features the grand Caesars Palace Fountains, The Griffin Cocktails bar in Fremont St. and the salons on Fremont Street. The song Gubbare was shot at the Montelago Village, Lake. While the Day 2 ‘Lose the change scene’ was shot at the Frank Gehry Building, the interview scene with the Japanese company was shot at the World Market Center.
Remember another one of our favourite Dharma Productions film ‘Dostana’? Well, this Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra starrer was extensively shot in Maimi, making us fall in love with the beautiful beach city. If you’re in the US, head right to the Miami Beach where the song Shut Up & Bounce was shot or walk across the Bayside Miami skyline and South Beach Ocean drive to get romantic with your loved one reminiscing the scenes from the song Jaane Kyun that was shot there. Another one of our much loved peppy songs, Maa Ka Laadla was shot at Skylift Balloon, Bayfront Park.
- Times Square
Yash Raj Film
The most recognized and iconic corner of New York, the Times Square has been featured in numerous Bollywood movies. But the ones that you may vividly recollect are the songs Hey Shona from the Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee starrer Ta Ra Rum Pum, and more recently, the song Mere Dil Mein from the Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Half Girlfriend.
